Was a good day...then, meh

6:00- starts again

9:00- nap

10:30- 3 extra large eggs
3 pieces thick slice bacon

11:30- lifting
Forgot PWO again...gotta get back on track

Maybe 40-50 oz h2o

2:00- 2 chicken thighs

4:00- 3 chicken thighs

Meh...continues for the next few hours

Bed: eventually
