As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 Minutes of:
5 Pull ups
10 Push ups
15 Squats
My Performance: 12 rounds plus 2 PU's
Rx'd first 5 rounds, then MOD Push ups on knees for the rest.
My arms feel like they weigh 100 lbs. I can barely lift them. I was excited to do this workout--a break from lifting that didn't involve running!
Joe will be starting his 3 days/wk workout at the SCANA gym starting tomorrow. Tammy is going down.
