33 Kettle Bell Swings (Men 24kg/Women 16kg)
33 Wall Ball Shots (Men 20lb/Women 12lb)

My Performance:

Rx'd with time of 14:56.

First completed Rx workout! Kicked my butt, but felt great because I made Top 5...YAY!! I accomplished my first goal! Came in at number 4 for the women.
