My Performance: 25:38

I was hoping for a run today, because I felt like there was no way that I could do a Met-Con workout. I didn't stop running, and even encouraged Sabrina to keep running. I can feel that even though I'm pretty much starting over after being sick for so long, I'm still getting better. Pukie knocked on my door today. Guess that's what I get for missing 2 weeks.
