This one was really hard. I feel like I pushed through it really well though. I let myself rest for more than 5 or 10 seconds at a time. And after that brutal beating was Paul's "get us ready for summer" stomach conditioning. I'm gonna be feeling this one for a while...
On a good note--I didn't wear my knee brace today!
