Monday, March 16, 2009 WOD:

4 Rounds for Time of:

20 Dumbell Cleans (from the ground)
20 Push Ups
20 Box Jumps (24 inch box)

Rx’d weight on dumbell cleans for Men/40lbs & Women/20lbs

My Performance: 30:45 Rx'd only doing knee push-ups on the last two rounds because Paul made me.

This one kicked me big time. Everyone was having trouble though. I had to take breaks from the start. I couldn't do any of the reps without stopping. The box jumps ended up being the easiest for me to do...which was surprising to me!
