Friday, March 20, 2009 WOD:

Here's a picture of me doing a 24" box jump from Monday's workout.

Overhead Squats
Pull-ups

Rx’d Weight for Men/95lbs & Women/65lbs


My Performance: 10:39 Rx'd (again!!!)


It felt really good to Rx two workouts in a row! And I pushed really hard, tried not to take rests, and went from one to the other without stopping. This is my first time doing OHS's--I think I did pretty good--don't you?
