Monday, March 23, 2009 WOD:

“Angie”

For time:
100 Pull Ups
100 Push Ups
100 Sit Ups
100 Squats

You must complete one exercise before moving on to the next.

My Performance: 21:59 MOD

I started off with regular kipping PU's, but only did 20 before I started with JPU's. I went back and forth between kipping PU's and JPU's. I lost count. I either did 35 or 40 kipping and the rest jumping. I did only knee push ups and finished off with a good push on the squats to finish before 22 minutes. This one was hard. Thanks to Uncle Dan for encouragement. He's my new pull up hero. Oh, and Sabrina made a picture post!
