Monday, March 30, 2009 WOD:

As Many Rounds in 20 Minutes of:

5 L-Pull Ups
10 Hand Stand Push Ups
15 Kettlebell Swings

Rx’d Weight for Kettlebell Swings is Men/24kg & Women/16kg

My Performance: 5 plus 6 HSPU's MOD

This workout is way to hard for me to do Rx'd. I did L-sits--hold for 10 sec. Still way harder than it should be. I did kipping HSPU's but Rx'd the KB weight. I didn't feel very fatigued like I normally do (so I didn't have to invoke my mental toughness) but I sweat ALOT. The kipping HSPU's were easier than the MOD HSPU's--I thought anyway.
