Friday, May 22, 2009 WOD:

“Filthy Fifty”

50 Box Jumps (24 inch box)
50 Jumping Pull Ups
50 Kettlebell Swings (Men/24kg & Women/16kg)
50 Walking Lunges
50 Knees to Elbows
50 Push Presses (45lb Bar)
50 Back Extensions
50 Wall Ball Shots (20lbs/Men & 12lbs/Women)
50 Burpees
50 Double Unders

My Performance: 52:29 Rx

This is a totally killer WOD to Rx. I have to say that I was keeping up with the boys until the burpees. I had nothing left then. And, I've never done double unders before. It took me a while to figure them out, but I did it. And pretty darn proud of it too!
