3 Rounds for Time of:

50 Double Unders

40 Push Jerks

30 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls

20 Ring Dips

10 Pull Ups

Rx’d Weight for Men/75lbs & Women/55lbs to be used on Push Jerks and Sumo Deadlift High Pulls

My Performance: 41:37 MOD (JRD's)

I did everything Rx'd except I did jumping ring dips...and I think that counts as MOD. This workout was a serious shoulder/tricep killer. Wasn't really feeling the best either.
