10:30-11:00-4 x-large eggs, 8 oz round steak, 4 oz pork ribs
12:00-2:00-60 oz h20 with supplements
4:00-mini Baybell cheese wheel
6:00-4 oz pork ribs (finished off te last of it)
10:00-bed
